China's securities regulator approved Hangzhou IECHO Science & Technology's (SHA:688092) registration of its corporate convertible bonds, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The 2.7 million bonds were first issued to existing shareholders.
The remaining 232,848 bonds worth 232.8 million yuan received 33,649 lots in subscriptions worth 33.6 million yuan, with 457 lots forfeited worth 457,000 yuan.
The sponsor, Guotai Haitong Securities (HKG:2611, SHA:601211) will then submit the bond registration.
