智通财经APP讯，北大资源(00618)发布公告，根据董事会目前可得的资料及本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(期间)的未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，预期本集团期间将取得介乎约人民币14亿元至人民币18亿元的溢利，而于截至2025年3月31日止年度则取得亏损约人民币25.2亿元。
本集团期间的预期溢利主要因为：(i)于2025年8月，本公司将全资附属公司安泰国际投资集团(香港)有限公司(出售公司)的全部股权注入一间合伙企业，取得大额出售收益。出售公司持有的16间附属公司(合称出售集团)，其中6间在中国从事物业发展业务;(ii)前述交易完成后，本集团已不再拥有任何处于开发阶段的房地产开发项目，进而与出售集团的相关的财务费用及预期负债拨备大幅减少;及(iii)因物业市场状况下滑导致投资物业的公平值亏损，抵销了第(i)至(ii)项的影响。
