消息面上，芝加哥商品交易所集团 (CME) 出现核心管理层人事变动，引发二级市场股价提前反应，周三盘前该股下跌 4.01%，报价 251.12 美元。公司官宣新一轮高管换届方案，现任董事长兼首席执行官特里・达菲将调整职务，自 2027 年 3 月 1 日起出任执行董事长。
公开履历显示，特里・达菲深耕公司管理岗位多年，2002 年出任董事长，2006 年任职执行董事长，2016 年起兼任首席执行官，长期主导公司整体战略发展。本次接任 CEO 的为现任总裁兼首席财务官 Lynne Fitzpatrick，其自 2024 年履职现有岗位，换届后将正式出任首席执行官并进入公司董事会，全面接手日常经营管理工作，保障公司业务平稳衔接。
