智通财经APP获悉，华沿机器人(01021)涨超13%，截至发稿，涨10%，报20.02港元，成交额1561.58万港元。
消息面上，华沿机器人发布公告，于2026年6月10日(交易时段后)，本公司(作为买方)与鹏厦机器人(作为卖方)订立该协议，据此，本公司同意收购及鹏厦机器人同意出售该物业，代价为人民币8510.66万元。该物业坐落于广东省江门市新会区会城科韵7路09号鹏厦机器人智造园1栋7-13层厂房，总建筑面积为24316.18平方米。土地使用权面积为62960平方米，所占用的土地用途为工业用地。
公告称，本公司现有产能预计年底将实现满产。诚如招股章程“未来计划及所得款项用途”一节所述，本集团计划进一步扩大生产基地和提高本集团的产能，以满足本集团的业务持续增长的生产需求。具体而言，本集团计划建设新生产基地。然而，与前述传统拿地建厂周期相比，收购该物业(包括厂房)后，本集团可实现快速投产、衔接产能，从而进一步助力本公司夯实智能制造业务根基、提速规模化发展。
