　　6月18日金融一线消息，2026陆家嘴论坛于今日召开。交通银行行长张宝江出席“全体大会七：提高普惠金融的有效性与精准度”并演讲。

　　张宝江表示，从客户视角出发，让金融服务更加适配客户需求。

　　张宝江提到，传统银行过去往往是产品货架，上面有很多产品，有什么就卖什么，产品非常多，企业搞不清，自己人也很难说清楚。光是普惠产品这个序列中就有上百个品种，对接起来客户体验不好。他介绍，现在正在大力整合，多码归一。客户通过扫码之后，在不同场景下适配客户需求，让服务更加精准。

　　“我们的体会是把复杂的事交给银行，放在后台做，简单的事交给客户，往这个方向转变。”张宝江说道。
