Wing Tai Properties (HKG:0369) said it agreed to sell a freehold property in London for HK$325 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property has a net internal area of around 14,000 square feet and is designed as an office and premier retail space, Wing Tai said.
The property developer said it would record an HK$25 million gain from the sale, while the overall proceeds will be used for general working capital.
