南财智讯6月17日电，首都信息（01075.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司拟向北京市国有资产经营有限责任公司出售其持有的北京京国盛投资基金（有限合伙）4%财产份额，交易对价为人民币13288.48万元。该交易构成关连交易及须予披露交易，已获董事会批准，尚需提交公司2026年7月10日召开的临时股东大会由独立股东审议批准。交易完成后，公司将不再持有标的企业的任何财产份额。所得款项净额拟用于一般营运资金，重点投向首信云平台建设、基于大模型的数字政务应用研发、数据业务初始投资及拓展外地市场等战略方向。本次交易有助于公司聚焦主业、优化资产结构并提升财务韧性。
