智通财经APP获悉，内房股今日普跌，截至发稿，绿城中国(03900)跌4.78%，报7.37港元；融创中国(01918)跌3.85%，报0.75港元；富力地产(02777)跌1.96%，报0.25港元。
消息面上，统计局数据显示。地产投资同比增速在5月单月已经下降至-24.9%，相比于4月的-20.1%进一步降幅走阔。5月销售金额/面积分别同比-9.8%和-14.1%，远好于投资与开工。国泰海通证券指出，地产投资加速下行，符合此前判断，其他数据也仍在触底阶段，供给继续出清、需求有望改善的局面仍没变。
国信证券则表示，当前地产股折价幅度已对未来房价跌幅充分甚至过度悲观定价，且数据连续改善并未体现于股价，若数据能够持续向好，少量的空转多就能带来较大提振。在未来高频数据不二次探底的假设下，房价止跌将成为共识，部分城市出现上涨，减值压力明确降低。
