新华财经上海6月18日电 在2026陆家嘴论坛上，中国人民银行宣布将在上海自贸区开展离岸人民币外汇交易试点，授权交通银行等6家银行通过中国外汇交易中心平台开展离岸人民币外汇交易。记者获悉，交通银行17日已通过中国外汇交易中心平台与境外机构达成多笔交易，交易品种包括即期、远期、掉期，交易货币对包括离岸人民币对美元、欧元、英镑、瑞郎、新西兰元等。
此次试点是支持上海国际金融中心建设的重要举措，是加快建设金融强国的重要部署，有助于推动我国外汇市场双向开放。交通银行直接开展离岸人民币外汇交易，能更加灵活地利用离在岸市场资源，提高外汇市场做市、交易、报价能力，助力人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上保持基本稳定。
现阶段，人民币国际化稳步推进，对外收支中人民币结算占比稳步提升。交通银行表示，将切实履行国有金融机构主力军职责，持续优化面向境内外市场主体的外汇综合服务，精准匹配实体经济各类金融需求。
