Golden Horse Minerals Confirms 'Strong, Wide' Mineralization Continues at Depth at Western Australia Deposit; Shares Up 3%

Golden Horse Minerals (ASX:GHM) confirmed that "strong and wide" mineralization continues at depth at the Hopes Hill deposit, within its Southern Cross project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Results include 24 meters at 2.2 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from nearly 379 meters, within a broad zone of mineralization of 40 meters at 1.5 g/t grade of gold from 379 meters, the filing said.

Drilling at the deposit is ongoing, with two diamond and one reverse circulation rig targeting lode extensions, per the filing.

Shares rose nearly 3% in afternoon trade Thursday.
