消息面上，最高人民法院正式发出临时禁令复议裁定书，维持苏州中院针对英飞凌的销售禁令，意味着英诺赛科取得了专利侵权案的最终胜利。苏州中院此前作出一审判决：认定英飞凌侵权成立，判令其立即停止销售、许诺销售、进口等侵权行为，并赔偿英诺赛科经济损失合计1000万元，判决立即生效。
华创证券此前指出，英诺赛科成功进入英伟达等多家国际头部客户800VHVDC供应体系，成为AI基础设施建设及高密度算力中心的核心供应商。公司与STM、安森美等多家功率半导体公司合作开发数十款可用于高密度算力中心的电源及模块方案，推动数据中心向高密度算力中心升级发展。预期随着高压直流架构的落地上量，将迎来AI-GaN大规模应用新纪元。
