智通财经APP获悉，周四，QuantumScape(QS.US)开盘大涨超13%，截至发稿，涨幅收窄至6%，报7.330美元/股。消息面上，QuantumScape宣布，与全球汽车、摩托车及动力设备头部制造商本田汽车旗下子公司本田技术研究所签署联合研发协议。双方将整合各自技术优势，共同推进QS固态电池技术平台落地，合作项目为多年期规划，聚焦固态电池研发及配套量产工艺开发。
本次合作落地前，本田已完成与QuantumScape的技术评估协议：本田针对QS固态电池技术平台开展深度实操技术研究，并完成多组标准测试下的竞品对标测评。本田技术研究所卓越研发中心首席运营官小川淳(Atsushi Ogawa)表示：“在评估阶段，QS的技术展现出极具竞争力的独特优势。我们认为该技术可在汽车等多领域创造价值，十分期待双方合作迈入下一阶段。”
