Yorkville International Capital Raises $230 Million in IPO

Yorkville International Capital (YICC) has closed its initial public offering, raising gross proceeds of $230 million, the blank-check company said late Wednesday.
The company sold a total of 23 million units priced at $10 each, with each unit consisting of one class A ordinary share and one-third of a warrant to purchase one class A ordinary share at $11.50, it said.
Shares began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market on Tuesday under the ticker "YICCU." The underlying securities are expected to trade separately under the symbols "YICC" for stock and "YICCW" for warrants.
