　　6月17日金融一线消息，2026陆家嘴论坛于今日召开，十二届全国政协副主席、中国人民银行原行长周小川出席并参加主题为“全球金融治理改革与合作”的会议讨论。

　　对于加密货币的金融安全问题，周小川指出，加密货币出现以后，有不少通过加密货币做非法资金转移、欺诈行为。“所谓电信诈骗，现在已经不是电信了，已经是数字化，也利用加密货币进行转移，同时甚至连AI都用上了。”

　　谁来监管这些问题？周小川认为，现存的防止欺诈行为的组织就只有FATF，只是反恐融资和反洗钱机构，其覆盖面仍存在争议。这是国际经济金融治理需要关注的问题。
