金吾财讯 | 家电股整体走软，截至发稿，JS环球生活(01691)跌3.60%，创维集团(00751)跌2.02%，海信家电(00921)跌1.30%，TCL电子(01070)跌0.96%，美的集团(00300)跌0.94%。消息面上，国金证券研究指，就我国家电行业整体而言，内销方面，龙头品牌凭借一体化优势、强大的行业定价权及深厚的蓄水池有望实现稳健的增长。外销方面，美国进入降息周期，地产对家电的拉动效果有望增强，欧洲消费有望保持缓慢修复的态势，新兴市场在渗透率提升、人口红利逻辑下需求延续性较强，我国企业在研产销系统本土化建设逐步完善，OBM出海空间广阔。报告亦提到，2026年4月住宅新开工、施工、竣工、销售全国累计面积同比增速分别为-23.6%、-12.5%、-25.8%、-12.5%，地产投资与销售仍处调整区间，对家电中长期需求形成一定压制，但边际下行斜率已有所收缓
