消息面上，据媒体报道，泛大西洋集团（GENERAL ATLANTIC）据悉正洽谈领投快手旗下视频AI部门的20亿美元融资。据公开资料，快手旗下视频生成大模型“可灵AI”此前已传出分拆计划，拟以200亿美元估值融资20亿美元，正与包括腾讯在内的潜在投资方商谈。
今年一季度可灵AI收入超6.5亿元，同比增长超300%，3月份的ARR已接近5亿美元。摩通大根预计ARR将在2027年上半年达到10亿美元以上。该行指出，基于快手近期公告及新闻报道，可灵AI寻求外部融资将触发快手对其进行重新估值。
