金吾财讯 | 圣邦股份(03661)今日起招股，招股期至6月23日止，拟发行54,001,200股H股，其中10%为香港发售，90%为国际发售，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价85.20港元，每手100股，入场费8,605.92港元，中金公司、华泰国际为联席保荐人。该股拟于6月26日上市交易。本次招股采取全电子化申请，预计集资净额约为45亿港元，拟将其中约60.0%用于在未来五年内提升研发能力并扩展产品组合。约26.0%用于旨在整合行业资源的战略投资及╱或收购。约6.0%将在未来五年内拓展海外销售网络，特别是增强在欧洲、日本、韩国和新加坡的销售与营销能力。约8.0%将分配予营运资金及一般公司用途。GIC Private Limited、嘉实国际资产管理、JPMAMAPL等26名基石投资者合共认购总金额为2.93亿美元(或约22.96亿港元)，将认购的发售股份总数为26,941,300股，占发售股份的约百分比49.89%、占已发行股本总额的概约百分比3.99%(假设发售量调整权未获行使)。
