消息面上，艾伯维宣布拟以约109亿美金收购Apogee公司，其核心产品为长效IL-13单抗APG777，该交易预计于2026年三季度完成。国金证券指出，此次收购说明MNC对长效AD资产的战略价值和峰值销售潜力给予厚望，长效AD产品价值进一步获得MNC验证。
该行指出，康诺亚公司核心管线CM512（IL-13/TSLP双抗）同样靶向2型炎症反应疾病，半衰期约70天，有望支持3-6个月的给药间隔，预计近期将读出II期CRSwNP数据，26H2启动鼻窦炎III期临床，哮喘、COPDII期中期分析。若临床数据可支持延长给药间隔，其长效优势有望显著提升其市场竞争力。除了CM512外，公司年内仍有多项催化。
