智通财经APP讯，润华服务(02455)发布公告，2026年6月22日，卖方山东地平天昱置业有限公司与买方山东润华物业管理有限公司(公司间接全资子公司)签署了《物业购买协议》。根据该协议，卖方同意出售、买方同意购买目标物业，对价为人民币4000万元(含增值缊)。
目标物业位于济南市槐荫区的的1个单位，建筑面积为约2709平方米。该项目为商业别墅园区开发项目，坐落于济南市槐荫区烟台路以南、腊山河以东。该单位由卖方开发，于2018年竣工，目前由卖方自用。目标物业的资产原值约为人民币2395万元。
鉴于集团的主要业务之一为物业投资租赁服务，集团拟继续加大对该业务的投入。考虑到目标物业位于山东省，是次收购将使公司能进一步拓展其租赁业务，探索并利用中国内地的潜在商机。董事会认为，是次收购将使公司能进一步发展其投资物业的租赁业务，从而提升集团的整体业务形象及覆盖中国更广泛客户群的能力。此外，公司亦将受益于济南的持续发展。
