　　6月23日消息，世界经济论坛第十七届新领军者年会（2026大连夏季达沃斯论坛）今日在大连举行。医渡科技董事长兼创始人宫盈盈表示，“现在所有人都十分关注数据安全，尤其是医疗健康数据。不管我们去到哪个国家，当地政府和民众都非常在意：数据如何存储、谁能够访问，以及中国团队配套了哪些管控机制？”

　　她介绍，我们常规采用的处理方式，将所有数据统一存放在政府云当中，因为这些都属于公共医疗数据，会由第三方机构来保障数据安全、管控访问权限，同时对数据调取行为进行审计，规范数据使用权限。

　　她谈到，“这类信息都属于个人敏感医疗数据，全部回存至政府云，由政府指定第三方机构统一管理。为保护我方技术，我们和文莱政府设立合资公司，团队由双方工程师共同组成，相关合作期限为五年，我们会按照既定方案，规划部分技术的移交工作。”

　　宫盈盈表示，“我一直坚定认为，我们与全球各地的合作方必须深度本土化，才能提供民众真正能用得上的医疗服务。”（闫妍）
