ChainCatcher 消息，Synthetix 创始人 Kain Warwick 与核心贡献者于 6 月 12 日提出 SIP-423，拟冻结并弃用 sUSD 合约，这是 Synthetix 首次提议退役而非修复 sUSD。sUSD 目前报价约 0.25 美元，较 1 美元目标偏离约 75%，过去 30 天下跌约 61%。

根据提案，每枚 sUSD 按 1 美元面值以 4 枚 SNX（按 0.25 美元计）补偿持有者，SNX 设有一年锁定期加一年线性归属。提案还包含有条件的 USDT 路径：若协议在两年锁定期内产生超过 1000 万美元收入，可将 25% 作为 USDT 分配给偏好现金的 sUSD 持有者。

SIP-423 同时拟关闭 SIP-420 下的 420 Pool 并取消 sUSD 质押比率要求。目前该提案状态为待投票，技术实施方案 SIP-424 尚未发布。据 DefiLlama 数据，sUSD 流通量约 1750 万美元，Synthetix TVL 为 3250 万美元。
