智通财经APP讯，挚达科技(02650)发布公告，于2026年6月23日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理各自有条件同意按尽力基准促使不少于6名承配人根据配售协议所载条款及在其条件的规限下，以每股H股10.98港元的配售价认购最多1912.565万股配售股份。假设配售股份获悉数配售，配售股份数目占配售事项完成后经扩大的已发行H股总数约6.01%。配售价每股配售股份10.98港元较于最后交易日于联交所所报收市价每股H股12.46港元折让约11.88%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额预计将分别为约2.1亿港元及约2.06亿港元。配售事项所得款项净额将拟以下列方式动用：30%用于光储充系统新产品的研发;30%用于机器人产品的应用场景渠道的扩展，工程及生产制造能力的发展;20%用于集团产品的海外市场开拓;及20%用作集团的一般营运资金。
