智通财经APP讯，帝国科技集团(00776)发布公告，公司建议按于记录日期每持有2股现有股份可获发1股供股股份的基准以每股供股股份0.19港元的认购价发行2.24亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)的方式，筹集所得款项总额约最高达4255万港元。供股仅供合资格股东参与，并不会提呈予不合资格股东。
经扣除开支后的供股所得款项净额估计约为4055万港元(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)。公司拟将供股的所得款项净额用于以下用途：(i)约933万港元用作支持其线上游戏业务(包括为发行新线上游戏物色发行商及取得许可);(ii)约622万港元用作支持其电子竞技业务(包括举办活动以扩大粉丝群以及设计生产电子竞技相关的商品);及(iii)约2500万港元用作集团的一般营运资金(包括董事酬金及员工开支、办公室租赁付款及本集团日常营运的其他行政开支)。
董事会宣布，于联交所买卖的股份的每手买卖单位将由500股更改为5000股，自2026年7月15日上午九时正起生效。公司将安排碎股对盘服务，以便买卖碎股。
