智通财经APP讯，亮晴控股(03774)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布联交所已于2026年6月22日授出转板上市的原则批准。
于本公告日期，除下列预期于2026年6月30日(即股份开始于主板买卖当日)达成的先决条件外，有关转板上市的所有适用先决条件就公司及股份而言已获达成：
(1)基于公司于有关期间的成交量加权平均市值(定义见主板上市规则第9B章)约为30.544亿港元，超过主板上市规则第8.09(2)条规定的5亿港元，公司预期可达到主板上市规则第9B.03(2)条规定的公司成交量加权平均市值;及
(2)基于有关期间内有所有交易日的不少于50%日数，公司股份的每日成交额至少为5万港元，公司预期可达到主板上市规则第9B.03(5)条所规定的股份每日成交额。
股份于GEM(GEM股份代号：8603)买卖的最后一日将为2026年6月29日。预期股份将于2026年6月30日上午九时正起开始于主板(主板股份代号：3774)买卖。
