First Tracks Biotherapeutics Shares Edge Up on Sublease Deal

Shares of First Tracks Biotherapeutics gained after the company disclosed it is subleasing office space from AnaptysBio.

The stock rose 3.7% to $19 in after-hours trading on Monday. At market close, shares were up 6.6% in the past month.

Under the agreement, AnaptysBio will sublease to First Tracks about 45,057 square feet of space in San Diego, Calif., First Tracks disclosed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The sublease commenced on June 15 and has a term of 12 months, with the option to extend for a renewal period that would continue until April 4, 2028, or twelve months from the commencement of the renewal term, whichever is earlier.

In April, First Tracks completed a spin-out from AnaptysBio.
