Olam Group (SGX:VC2) plans to redeem, repurchase, and cancel all remaining outstanding 5.375% subordinated perpetual securities worth SG$604.5 million, as soon as possible, according to a filing to the Singapore stock exchange on Monday.
The agri-business company said it will provide further details on the process for and timing of the redemption and/or repurchase at a later date.
