证券日报网讯 6月22日，海螺水泥在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，因实施2025年度末期利润分配涉及差异化分红程序，公司需按照《上海证券交易所上市公司自律监管指南第2号——业务办理（第五号权益分派）》的规定向上海证券交易所申请差异化权益分派特殊除权除息处理。根据相关业务规则，自公司提交差异化权益分派特殊除权除息申请之日起至权益分派实施完毕期间，公司股本总额及回购专用证券账户股份数量应保持稳定。关于本次回购的具体事项请见公司于2026年5月26日披露的临时公告（临时公告：2026年第20号），目前本次回购股份期限尚未结束，公司将根据公告内容进行股份回购。
