　　近日，中国建设银行完成2026年第一期无固定期限资本债券（以下简称“永续债”）发行工作。本期永续债发行规模为300亿元，基础发行规模200亿元，超额增发100亿元，期限为5+N年期，票面利率1.92%，全场倍数2.4倍。

　　本次永续债在成本可控前提下合理平衡发行规模与价格，精准匹配市场投资需求。本次募集资金将用于补充其他一级资本，有助于我行持续巩固多层次资本实力、夯实发展底盘，为国家重点领域金融服务提供长效资本保障。
