南财智讯6月22日电，山东黄金公告，公司董事会于2026年6月22日收到副董事长刘钦先生的书面辞职报告，刘钦先生因工作调整（控股股东山东黄金集团有限公司领导不在上市公司兼任领导职务），申请辞去公司副董事长、董事、董事会可持续发展委员会主任委员、董事会审计委员会委员、董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。离任后，刘钦先生不再在公司及公司控股子公司担任任何职务。刘钦先生的辞职不会导致公司董事会人数低于法定最低人数，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效；相关工作已合理安排和交接，不会对公司董事会运作、日常管理及生产经营产生不利影响。公司将按照法定程序尽快完成董事补选及董事会专门委员会委员调整工作。
