消息面上，近期，佰金生命科学发布公告，本公司间接全资附属公司北京佰金生物科技有限公司(北京佰金)与扶摇元气生物科技有限公司(扶摇元气)订立策略合作框架协议，内容有关临床细胞治疗领域的策略合作。扶摇元气的核心技术源自中国领先高等教育及科研机构科研成果的商业化。其已订立专门的技术转移合作安排，并就相关专利取得独家授权。扶摇元气亦具备临床细胞药物研究备案的经验。
此前，佰金生命科学间接全资附属公司北京佰金生物科技有限公司(北京佰金)与优环(苏州)生物医药科技有限公司(优环生物)签订策略合作框架协议，据此，北京佰金将透过认购优环生物股权的方式对优环生物进行投资，旨在打造全球领先的环状RNA(circ RNA)技术研发平台并借助此平台，深化细胞治疗领域的技术创新。
