特朗普提名的美国疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）主任人选施瓦茨（EricaSchwartz）在向美国卫生与公众服务部（HHS）伦理顾问提交的财务披露文件中表示，如果获得确认，她将辞去联合健康集团的职务及董事会职务，出售与医疗保健相关的持股，并回避涉及前雇主和客户的事务。

　　施瓦茨表示，一旦获得确认，她与保险公司联合健康集团的雇佣关系将终止，她将在就任疾控中心职务前获得相当于一年薪资和奖金的现金补偿，否则将放弃这笔款项。

　　她表示，联合健康集团还同意将某些原本应在2026年8月至2027年8月期间归属的未归属受限股票单位和未归属股票期权变现，而任何剩余的未归属奖励将被没收。

　　施瓦茨表示，她将在可行的情况下尽快（但最迟不晚于确认任命后90天）出售通过行权获得的联合健康集团已归属股票，并在最后一次现金支付后，就涉及该公司的特定当事人事务回避两年。

　　她还表示，将辞去Butterfly Network和Aveanna Healthcare Holdings的董事会职务，并在90天内出售这两家公司的股票，同时还将面临与加速股权奖励和薪酬相关的额外回避义务。

　　施瓦茨将辞去“寻求解决方案研究所”基金会的职务，并避免在受美国卫生与公众服务部监管的广泛行业中获得直接财务利益，包括制药、医疗器械、医疗保健、食品、保险、通信和软件等领域。
