红星资本局6月22日消息，今天，阿里巴巴合伙人、高德董事长刘振飞在阿里内网发文《手里有秧，才能确保未来有粮》，文章记录了近日阿里管理层在杭州一次下田插秧的团建活动。
刘振飞在内网帖中说：“前几天在杭州和同事们一起体验插秧，十几个人一起忙上一个上午，才歪歪扭扭种了半亩水田。”
活动照片显示，此次插秧团建的“同事们”阵容强大：马云、吴泳铭、邵晓锋、蒋凡、吴泽明、蒋芳等人悉数到场，蚂蚁集团董事长井贤栋、CEO韩歆毅也一同参与。阿里与蚂蚁的管理层挽起裤腿、下田插秧，状态轻松。阿里巴巴首席科学家周靖人，也出现在插秧现场。这再次确认了周靖人的离职传闻不属实。
“田里的道理很简单：季节到了，该种的时候必须种，该熬的时候就得熬。只要你照顾好地，选好苗，认真做好每一件事，剩下的交给时间，地就不会亏待你。”刘振飞在文中写道。
据悉，阿里每个团队每年都有一定团建经费供支配并鼓励团建创新，目的就是通过团建激发组织活力和团队精神状态。
