智通财经APP讯，山东黄金(01787)发布公告，董事会于2026年6月22日收到非执行董事刘钦先生提交的书面辞职报告。因工作调整(控股股东山东黄金集团有限公司领导不在上市公司兼任领导职务)，刘钦先生申请辞去董事会副董事长、非执行董事、董事会可持续发展委员会主任委员、董事会审计委员会委员及董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。离任后，刘钦先生将不在公司及公司控股子公司担任任何职务。
于2026年6月22日，董事会提名王成龙先生为第七届董事会非独立董事候选人，任期自于股东会上选举通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满止。
