金吾财讯 | 安克创新(00668)今日起招股，拟发行4663.28万股H股，其中10%为香港公开发售，90%为国际配售，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价99.32港元，每手100股，入场费10032.16港元。股份预期将于7月2日挂牌上市。中金公司、高盛、摩根大通为联席保荐人。以每股99.32港元计算，公司预期从全球发售收取所得款项净额约为45.23亿港元，拟将其中约20.0%将被分配用于推动产品迭代及创新以及拓宽产品种类；约20.0%将被分配用于研发与人才引进，重点开发底层平台及能力，夯实技术基础以支持持续创新与全球扩张；约15.0%将被分配用于提升品牌影响力并深化客户忠诚度；约20.0%将被分配用于强化我们直接面向消费者的全球市场策略；约20.0%将被分配用于升级供应链管理体系，以支持持续全球扩张工作；约5.0%将被分配用于营运资金及一般公司用途。公司共引入11名基石投资者，合计投资金额2.95亿美元，均设置6个月禁售期。
