金吾财讯 | 杭州鲟龙(06715)今日起招股，拟发行1633.29万股H股，其中10%为香港公开发售，90%为国际配售，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价75.50港元，每手100股，入场费7626.14港元。股份预期将于6月30日挂牌上市。中信证券、中信建投国际为联席保荐人。
以每股75.50港元计算，公司预期从全球发售收取所得款项净额约为11.46亿港元，拟将其中约40.0%用于水产养殖及产能扩张、现有养殖加工基地技术升级；约20.0%用于品牌营销活动、扩大全球销售渠道，聚焦增强品牌认可度和吸引力；约15.0%将用于用于持续加强研发能力，升级数字化信息系统；约15.0%将用于战略性投资或收购；约10.0%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
公司已获得八家基石投资者认购，认购总价7850万美元,认购股份占比49.88%(假设超额配股权未获行使)，均设置6个月禁售期。
