中国网财经6月22日讯 日前，建元信托(证券代码：600816.SH)发布相关公告，公司第十届董事会第一次会议于2026年6月18日在上海以现场结合视频方式召开，会议选举秦怿为公司第十届董事会董事长，选举徐立军为公司副董事长。 同时，建元信托第十届董事会同意聘任李林、高俊、王岗为公司副总经理(副总裁)，同意聘任丛树峰为公司财务总监，同意聘任高俊为公司首席合规官，同意聘任王岗为公司董事会秘书，同意聘任林德栋为公司证券事务代表。 公开资料显示，建元信托于2023年4月完成重组，并于5月完成更名，成为一家国有控股信托公司。公司前身为成立于1987年的鞍山市信托投资公司，并于1994年在上海证券交易所上市，是国内最早一批金融类上市公司，也是唯一在上海证券交易所上市的信托公司，具备独特的资本运作及资源整合优势。
