日本央行最近一次升息决议中出现一张反对票，却凸显鹰派人士面临的时间压力，必须在为时已晚之前将利率提高至更为正常的水平。

　　才出席第二次政策委员会会议的Toichiro Asada，因对经济面临的主要风险判断与其他委员不同，投票反对上周将基准利率上调至1995年以来最高水准的决定。作为首相高市早苗任命的首位委员，Asada几乎毫不掩饰其支持货币宽松政策的立场。

　　这位新任委员的举动，也让外界一窥行长植田和男所领导政策委员会未来可能面临的局面。本月还有高市安排的另一位偏向再通胀的成员，将接替五年任期即将结束的Junko Nakagawa；政策委员会两位最坚定的鹰派成员在约一年后任期届满。届时，高市将有机会再提名新委员，从而显著改变这个九人政策委员会的倾向。

　　三菱日联摩根士丹利证券首席债券策略师Naomi Muguruma表示，日本央行继续朝中性利率方向升息的时间可能已经不多。因此，在明年夏天之前，该央行很可能试图尽量降低货币宽松的程度。
