据媒体周三援引该公司高管的话报道，Agility Robotics将通过与Churchill Capital Corp XI合并的方式上市，此次交易将使这家初创企业的估值达到约25亿美元。双方预计此次交易将筹集超过6亿美元的总收益，其中包括来自Churchill XI的4.2亿美元现金，以及由中国台湾富士康牵头的、通过“私募投资公开上市公司普通股”（PIPE）方式筹集的逾2亿美元。
这家上市公司将以股票代码AGLT上市。据其官网介绍，这家总部位于俄勒冈州的公司生产名为“Digit”的商用类人机器人。Agility已为正在研发的Digit新版本获得订单，该版本将具备更精细的灵巧度以移动更小的物体，并采用更高的安全标准。
