　　知情人士补充称，双方尚未达成最终协议，谈判仍可能无果而终，交易细节也可能发生变化。

　　芯片公司都在寻求掌握人工智能前沿领域的技术和人才。高通正在努力扩大产品线，并建立合作联盟，以挑战行业领头羊英伟达。

　　根据Modular网站提供的信息，Chris Lattner和Tim Davis于2022年在硅谷创立了Modular，两人在谷歌相识，对“人工智能基础设施的碎片化”感到不满。

　　该公司在2025年9月以16亿美元估值融资2.5亿美元，累计融资额达到3.8亿美元。
