　　九江银行（06190）发布公告，于2026年6月18日，本行与九江市财政局及不少于6名其他内资股认购方分别订立内资股认购协议，内资股认购方有条件同意认购，且本行有条件同意发行合共4.942亿股内资股，认购价为每股内资股人民币 7.29元（相当于约8.38港元），现金代价合共为人民币36.027亿元（相当于约 41.435亿港元）。

　　本次内资股认购作为本次发行的一部分，根据股东于2026年2月28日召开的本行2026年第一次临时股东会、2026年第一次内资股类别股东会议及2026年第一次H股类别股东会议上授出的特别授权进行。本次内资股认购募集的资金在扣除相关发行费用后的净额将全部用于补充本行核心一级资本。

　　根据本行与九江市财政局订立的内资股认购协议，九江市财政局有条件同意认购，且本行有条件同意发行合共6858万股内资股，认购价为每股内资股人民币7.29元（相当于约8.38港元）。
