智通财经APP获悉，总部位于佛罗里达州劳德代尔堡的ITG公司(ITG.US)，是一家为宽带及公用事业基础设施提供设计与工程服务的供应商，于周一公布了其首次公开发行(IPO)条款。ITG计划发行1950万股股份，发行价格区间定为每股19至22美元，拟募资约4亿美元。按发行价区间中点计算，公司上市后市值将达到25亿美元。
ITG主要为美国境内的宽带、无线及公用事业网络运营商提供基础设施服务。公司业务分为两大板块：工程与维护板块，负责支持日常网络运营及计划性维护;基础设施部署板块，涵盖新网络及网络扩容的规划、设计与建设。ITG客户群体广泛，包括宽带服务提供商、光纤供应商、无线运营商、数据中心运营商以及公私公用事业企业，服务主要依托长期主服务协议。
ITG成立于2014年，截至2026年3月31日的过去12个月内，公司实现营收13亿美元。公司计划在纳斯达克交易所挂牌上市，股票代码为“ITG”。此次IPO的联席账簿管理人包括摩根士丹利、花旗、瑞银投资银行、Stifel、美银证券、Baird、桑坦德银行、KeyBanc资本市场及Truist证券。预计定价日期为2026年6月29日当周。
