6月24日金融一线消息，中央国债登记结算有限责任公司发布关于发布民营企业再贷款业务操作指引的通知，各参与机构，为做好民营企业再贷款业务券款对付结算服务，根据中国人民银行相关要求，中央国债登记结算有限责任公司制定了《中央国债登记结算有限责任公司民营企业再贷款业务操作指引》，现发布实施。
