智通财经APP讯，精优药业(00858)发布公告，集团预期截至2026年3月31日止年度将录得至少9.5亿港元的亏损，而对比截至2025年3月31日止年度为录得盈利。预期转盈为亏主要由于若干非现金项目，包括(i)对本集团于(由星太链集团有限公司发行而其股份于2026年5月6日起在联交所暂停买卖)可换股债券投资确认未变现亏损介乎8亿港元至8.5亿港元之间，而去年相应期间同一项目则录得公平值变动的收益;及(ii)对本集团于一间联营公司的权益以及对该联营公司应收贷款的减值拨备合计约1.4亿港元。于截至2026年3月31日止年度，本集团经营分类的表现维持稳定。
