金吾财讯 | BOSS直聘(BZ)宣布，公司于6月23日再度斥资近3000万人民币，在公开市场回购了673,766股普通股。随着该笔最新操作的落地，BOSS直聘在2026年年内的累计回购总金额已逼近19.4亿人民币。作为公司资本回报计划的核心组成部分，BOSS直聘董事会此前于2026年3月18日对现行的股票回购方案进行了关键修订：额度上限提升：将回购总授权额度大幅提高至最高4亿美元(含美国存托股份/ADS)。执行周期延长：回购计划的有效执行期被延长至2027年8月28日。这一调整为公司在未来多变的市场环境中进行常态化、规模化的市值管理提供了更充裕的资金弹性和时间窗口。除了加大回购力度，BOSS直聘在资本回报机制上还引入了更具约束力的长期政策。根据公司披露的规划，自2026年起连续三年，公司计划将前一财政年度经调整净利润(Non-GAAP)的不少于50%用于派发股息和实施股票回购。
