　　6月23日，世界经济论坛第十七届新领军者年会（2026大连夏季达沃斯论坛）在大连举行。广州白云山医药集团董事长陈杰辉表示，虽然短期内可能带来冲击，但从中长期来看，技术革命通常会引发产业革命，带来结构性的技能需求变化。

　　陈杰辉提到，广东省政府推出了“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划，每年争取招收100万名高校毕业生就业。广药集团也积极参与其中，今年已与北京大学、清华大学签约引进11名应届毕业生，并计划面向全球招聘人才。他认为，这种统筹规划有效平衡了就业市场的供需关系。

　　陈杰辉透露，广药集团白云山正全面拥抱AI技术，在研发、制造、供应链、销售等各个领域深入应用AI。作为一家传统偏重中医中药和仿制药的企业，广药集团正借助AI向创新药转型。

　　他指出，AI技术有望将新药研发周期缩短至五六年，资金投入降至10亿元人民币左右。陈杰辉强调，AI为医药行业提供了巨大的促进机会，企业渴望用好这一工具，推动产业创新发展。
