智通财经APP讯，五矿资源(01208)发布公告，五矿资源正持续推进位于 Khoemacau 矿区的 Khoemacau 扩建项目的建设工程，其中包括进一步建设 Khoemacau 精矿厂、外部斜坡道开口采矿基建。
2026年6月23日，Khoemacau Copper 签订供应协议，当中包括：(1) 与五矿二十三冶签订双边供应协议，以供应 Khoemacau 矿区采矿基建所需的货物;及 (2) 与以下各方签订供应三方协议：(a) 五矿二十三冶，负责供应外部斜坡道开口及选矿厂所需的混凝土及建筑材料;及 (b) 五矿十五冶，负责供应 Khoemacau 矿区选矿厂建设所需之货物。
于2026年6月23日，Khoemacau Copper 签订第二份建设协议，当中包括：(1) 与五矿二十三冶博茨瓦纳签订双边建设协议，以进行 Khoemacau 矿区采矿基建的建设;及 (2) 与以下各方签订三方建设协议：(a) 五矿二十三冶博茨瓦纳，负责外部斜坡道开口工程的建设;及 (b) 五矿十五冶博茨瓦纳，负责 Khoemacau 矿区选矿厂的建设。
