智通财经APP讯，天机控股(01520)公布，于2026年6月10日，公司与深圳市小湾体育文化有限公司(标的公司)签订了投资意向书。根据投资意向书，公司拟以增资方式向标的公司进行人民币300万元投资，占该投资后标的公司不低于 34% 股权。
该投资的资金，将主要用于：1. 大湾区湖南人足球社群运营、足球队赛事运营、公益赛事活动举办; 2. 湖湘文化 IP 打造、品牌宣传、短视频及媒体矩阵建设; 3. 湘商产业对接、政企资源联动、项目孵化与落地;及 4. 标的公司日常合规经营、团队建设及办公运营开支。
标的公司为大湾区湖南人足球队法律主体及唯一发起人，是湖南省足球联赛(官方简称“湘超联赛”，日常简称“湘超”)的其中一支参赛队伍。为深耕大湾区湘商社群、文体赛事运营、湖湘文化 IP 打造、产业资源对接的专业平台主体。
董事会认为，透过该投资，双方可以共同打造属于大湾区湖南人的体育 IP，与公司其他体育 IP 联动，形成资源规模效应，创造更多商业价值。 该投资是公司拓展体育 IP 业务本土化的重要里程碑，将提升公司的整体竞争力，并有望为公司带来新的业务成长点，对公司的未来发展产生正面影响。
