路透6月24日 - 菲利普斯66公司（Phillips 66） PSX.N 首席执行官马克·拉希尔（Mark Lashier）周三在纽约举行的路透全球能源论坛上表示，由于霍尔木兹海峡航运中断带来的不确定性，炼油和石化业务的盈利将面临更大的波动。
拉希尔补充道，该公司已将其炼油业务成本削减了约每桶1美元，目标是降至每桶5.50美元，而加利福尼亚 (link) 的成本则在每桶15美元左右。
“我们实际上已经提高了炼油厂高价值产品的产出率，并提升了设备利用率——随着成本的降低，我们以更高的负荷率运行炼油装置，”他补充道。
