Grove Collaborative (GROV) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Tom Siragusa will resign, effective Aug. 16, to pursue another opportunity.
The company is launching a search for its next CFO, according to the filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Shares of the company were down 3.3% in premarket activity Wednesday.
