智通财经APP讯，范式智能(06682)发布公告，有关董事会授权委任负责管理H股受限制股份单位计划的独立专业受托人根据计划规则按现行市价于在市场上购买H股，受托人已于2026年6月18日于场内购买50万股H股。于2026年6月22日至2026年6月24日，受托人于场内购买70万股H股。自2026年6月18日至本公告日期，受托人已于场内购买合共120万股H股。
董事会认为，目前在市场上买卖的公司H股价格被低估，未能充分反映集团作为中国领先AI全栈云平台的长期价值及增长潜力，此乃购买H股股份用作日后根据该计划授予奖励的良好机会。公司对集团的长远发展前景充满信心，该计划不仅是挽留和招揽优秀人才的有效工具，更能通过激励核心团队，将人才培育与股东长期价值创造深度结合，为集团在AI2.0时代维持行业领先地位提供持续、强劲的动力。
